John Byrd, Senior Writer, has covered residential architecture and construction for over 30 years as a reporter and editor. His work has appeared in House Beautiful, Architectural Digest, Southern Living and other nationally distributed periodicals. Regionally, he is a frequent contributor to the Washingtonian, Washington Post, and Washington Spaces Magazine among many other daily, weekly and monthly consumer publications. As a publisher, he has developed hundreds of high-impact magazines, periodicals and web sites for businesses and non-profits. He has also produced segments for HGTV and other cable outlets.

Kimberly Knab, Marketing Consultant, with 15 years experience in fundraising and communications working with some of the world's most well-known non-profit organizations in America. Her marketing, management and technical background gives her the skill set to improve existing fundraising programs and implement new programs to generate additional revenue streams. Ms. Knab manages and is primary contact for a large number of Habitat for Humanity clients nation-wide. Don Melendez, Graphic Designer, Don is a seasoned graphic designer with over 10 years of experience in branding and graphic design for a multitude of different clients ranging from small businesses to the music industry.
